limited space glass door
The room felt small. The bathroom had limited space, a frosted glass door separated it from the main room. This setup did not provide enough privacy, the toilet was visible through the clear glass wall when closed. I was disappointed with the lack of privacy.

malfunctioning air conditioning persistent noise
the staff was very friendly, and the location was central (close to many main attractions).
the room i received was not great. the air conditioning barely worked, so the room was uncomfortably warm. also, there was a strange, persistent noise at night, almost like a machine was running nearby and kept me up at night, (it seemed to come from the adjacent room). i mentioned it to the front desk, but nothing changed.

great location amazing staff helpful assistance faulty air conditioning loud noise ignored signal
the location was really great! it was just a short walk to the pantheon and the trevi fountain. the staff were amazing and always ready to assist us with anything we needed.
The air conditioning did not work well. It was constantly hot in the room. also, it was very loud on our last night. It seemed like the room next to us had a dryer or washing machine. i also had the do not clean the room signal on, but it was ignored and cleaned anyway on our first day.

friendly staff free mini bar hot room late noise
The staff was really friendly and helpful. i also liked the mini bar. It was free and contained many items i didn't expect to see in europe.
The air conditioning didn't work properly, so the room was constantly hot. it was also really noisy on my last night. It seemed like the room next to us had a dryer or washing machine running very late.
